Patrick Farrell, CEO

Patrick is a 35-year veteran of financial services with 12 years of experience as CEO for a national Broker-Dealer (BD). Patrick has led firms with a variety of ownership structures, including family-owned, publicly traded, and under private equity control. He is a highly respected corporate culture specialist and transformation leader. He is currently president and Chief Operating Officer for Sound Income Group.

Rana Chander, COO

Rana’s previous experience includes his role as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer for Investacorp, Inc., where he led over 500 financial professionals and staff in enterprise strategy, corporate vision, technology roadmaps, and growth of the firm. Rana also served as vice president of Global Database Technology for Merrill Lynch. He is currently Chief Technology Officer for Sound Income Group.

Charles Radlauer, CCO

Charles began his career as a financial advisor for Dean Witter. He enjoyed almost two decades of success on the retail side of the business before transitioning to Compliance in 2010.

Charles currently serves as the CCO for our affiliate; Sound Income Strategies LLC.
